An American investment group acquired the Federico Mulas facilities and will participate in the board of directors, which Guillermo Agustiño will continue to chair.

Santiago de Aller C.F., which remained active as a club despite not competing since the 2020/21 season, will start with a team this season in Tercera AF after an American investment group acquired the club's sports facilities and became part of the board of directors, which will continue to be chaired by Guillermo Agustiño.
Luis David Quiroz Sierra is the president of the American investment group, and will have Óscar Albuquerque as its sporting director and Luis Barro as its legal advisor. The group will lease the facilities to Santiago de Aller, and the signed agreement stipulates that the land will remain for sports use, with the aim of creating an academy to bring players from the United States.
They already have more than half of their squad confirmed and are still looking for players to complete the team. The coach will be Francisco Javier Rodríguez Álvarez, who was Dani Castelao's assistant at Valdesoto and Titánico. His assistant will be Venezuelan Pedro Antonio Gil Fernández, who, according to the club, was Director of Methodology for the youth teams of Club Deportivo Atlas Bogotá F.C. in Colombia.
This season will be a transitional one, due to the lack of time for planning, and they plan to form a team with local players and some reinforcements from outside. The team's presentation will take place shortly before the start of the Third Division season, which is expected to be the last weekend of September or the first of October.
