Santiago de Aller Club Football is a Spanish football club from Moreda , Aller ( Principality of Asturias ). Santiago de Aller Club Football proudly competed for 14 seasons in the Tercera Division and notably took part in the prestigious 1993/94 edition of the Copa del Rey, Spain’s renowned national cup competition.
History
The club was founded as the main club of Aller (a status it maintains today) on July 2, 1952, in Caborana and with the name of Santiago de Caborana . It was founded by the Brothers of La Salle , seeing the great fan base that there was in the town. It played at the San Miguel field and debuted in Second Regional in the 1952/53 season, a category in which it remained until the 1954/55 season in which it achieved promotion to First Regional .
The field's condition was dangerous due to flooding. As a result, the 1954-55 season had to be completed at the La Salle de Bustiello field, thanks to the good efforts of the La Salle brothers of Caborana, along with the board of directors of La Salle de Bustiello.
